My neighbor gave me a G3 imac, because he couldn't do anything with it. I plugged it in and pressed the power button on the front; all that happens is a pop from the left speaker, no fans, no other noises and the display doesn't even flicker. I replaced the battery on the motherboard and that didn't change anything. Is there hope?

iTouch is a touch screen that was discontinued in 2001. I don't know about swapping the Power Supply, this is my first Mac.
