Hi,
Dell Studio 1535 cooler always starts, even if the system is not warm up. Plus mouse and keyboard work slowly.
shut down computer, wait (2h.), but still the same. Checks the system load and temperature - all the norm.
What happened?

Not exactly sure what your question is?
Given what you provided I'd suspect the cmos batt. and or the RAM. It's a few years old and it's about time for the batt. to go.

Reinstall your OS.

There are some settings in bios like ‘CPU FAN SPEED’ or ‘CPU FAN STATUS’ etc. Check it and change it’s value appropriately.
