i had alaptop which had dvd writer,it was working well but one time it stoped writing dvds but it could burn vcd.then i went and buy an external dvd writer,when put it on that verylaptop it did the same like the other internal dvd writer,i formated the laptop and i reinstalled fresh programs but it did the same so i dont know what is wrogle with it.

i have my ipod(touch),i gave it to my friend for some days,as he was using he put in apassword which he cant remember now ,so how can i brake this password,bse even if i put it on itunes on acomputer,the pc tells me to first put in the password in order to access it.so help me
