We have recently shifted to new house and after shifting whenever i start my Computer it continuously restarts so what may be the problem?is the problem with the hardware?

Yes I think the harddisk or Ram is corrupted you have to format and install the operating system

Yah, I think reinstalling the operating system is perfect, when you have checked all the hardware for fixing the issue.

try to go safe mode then select LAst known Configuration, restart the machine...
