Any reccomendations? right now i have an NVIDIA 6200 TC. But it leads to BSODS (nv4_disp). So i am thinking about upgrading. I do do gaming such as BF2 so it does need to be able to handle the 'new stuff'

Nvidia GeForce 6600 or 6800 will help you, and they are cheap.
