It's a notebook. Be sure to acquire a 2.5" IDE harddrive. (not SATA) Then it's a matter of finding the user manual and following those instructions to replace (or in this case install) the drive.

If you didn't get the hdd with it did you at least get the operating system installation disc with the product code.
If not your are going to have to purchase one.
If you did then it's just a matter of installing the hdd, use the installation disc to format, partition, and install the OS. The disc will prompt you through the process.
