i request to all my friends to suggest me how i can convert NTFS partation to FAT partation ? it is possible ?

Jump to PostNTFS to FAT32? Why would you want to do such a thing? There is no Windows tool to downgrade your filesystem.. Either reformat or find some 3rd party software (probably a linux program) that would help you out. I would not recommend converting NTFS to FAT32..

The file size difference between the NTFS and FAT files alone would preclude any possibility of changing from NTFS to FAT.
Google is your friend.
