Best Free Antispyware

I was searching for the best free antispyware program. As it turns out, it seems that Windows Defender, Spyware Terminator and Lavasoft Ad-Aware are the highest competitors in the market. AVG Antispyware has terminated its free version. So which of the above names would you recommend? Or do you have other recommendations? Thanks..

Go to http://free.grisoft.com/ it is still there and it is free still

I use Windows Defender and have never had a problem.
Your surfing habits determine your need for this kind of protection.
Porn, gaming, P2P and Torrents seem to generate the most Spyware.

I read a review in PC World, with Windows Defender coming in 4th place as a best vista anti spyware.
