How to find files to transfer to jump drive

I'm a total noob at understanding files. I want to transfer from Outlook Calendar, info to a jump drive I just got today. Where do I find the files of birthdays I have on Outlook. tks

If you are looking to take the contents of you calandat to another computer to use in its outlook you amy ne able to export in outlook calandar and asave to the jump drive .in outlook calandar you should be able to go FILE/export.I don't have outlook on my computer right now to check this fur sure ,sorry .
