computer will not start in dos

formatted the hard drive now i noticed the computer has two hard drives and i can not restart computer in dos it says can not find file c:/win95com what does this mean and how can i fix the problem it is a dell computer.

iam using a windows 98 boot disk how can i save the system info to a disk to show you what is on the drive i am trying to get rid ofwhat are you using to start computer in dos ,

If you formated ,then there should not be anything on the drive also there should only be one drive ,not sure what you have going on there but why not follow the instructions on this Microsoft Page and start over !
