printer could not be found

IE 5.5 sp2, printer prints fine out of everything else. I have tried all different drivers, I have reinstalled IE, and repaired the install.

I still gives an error message 'printer could not be found'

It comes up when you click on the print icon, or go to file and then print, or file the page setup, and if you go to the print preview screen and then click on print.

please help

its a company thing. We have several pieces of software that have yet to be tested with 6.0, so no we cant yet.
