Can anyone tell me why appointments in outlook exchange 2003 would have the right time when I send them, but the receiver's time is one hour behind. We are both in the same building.

Jump to PostCheck the locale settings on your computer (the timezone and daylight savings time settings). You should be able to get at these settings from double clicking on your system clock.
