IE6 Enable Cookies problem

I have got Win XP with SP2, and IE version 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr-----

I tried to do purchasing online , but I could not because cookies are disabled, therefore I enabled cookies following these instruction:

http://helpcenter.suntrust.com/knowbase/root/public/snbb14192.htm

I restarted PC , but still I am receiving message the I have to enable cookies!!!

Do I need to do something extra ?

 I have the same version of IE with McAfee Security Center. I have tried changing every IE/Windows XP security setting I can think of but still can not log into several sites. I hope we both can find an answer.

One of my problem sites is www.youtube.com I CAN NOT log into my account from my laptop. I CAN log in from some other computers.

I have a DELL INSPIRON 5150. What type of computer do you have?
