I have Microsoft XP SP2 and Internet Exploerer 6 and I have recently been having problems with me computer where it has been running very slow so I tried to take off some of the startup programs and services that are running in the background. After I had done this Internet Explorer kept on giving me the "No Page To Display" message whenever I tried to access a secure site which it never did before. I was just wondering if I could have turned something off that would cause this and what I could do about it.

Thanks for Your Help

how are you connected to the internet:
- DSL?
- Cable?
- DSL + Router?
- Cable + Router?
- Some form of dial-up?

Open up your Internet Options -

General Tab:
Delete Cookies
Delete Files (online and offline)
Clear History

I am connected with DSL.

I deleted the cookies, files, and cleared the history but I am still having the same problem.
