Question about Windows Movie Maker
I gotta tell ya, I really like this program. I used it to make an 11 minute long school project and Iit was very easy to use. Drag and drop, crop the segment, add music, put in titles, its all very nice. I'm trying my hand at some more movie making again. I making a CS video for some friends of mine. I was wondering, is there any way to put a movie segment in slow-motion. I know there is the slow down half effect but I was looking for something I could control a little more variably. Also, any other free movie editors you would suggest? I'm on a budget here.

I'm sorry to tell you, but the sort of feature you're after would really only be available in commercially sold software :(
