i got a vista 64 bit home premium system, and a lot of compatibility issues. VB doesn run and i wanna shift to a 32 bit version. how do i do it?

pls help!

You will have to buy a 32bit version and install it. You will have to replace the 64bit version with the 32bit version, you cannot combine the 2 altho you could dual boot so that you could use either of them at one given time!

and for the about same price you could upgrade to win 7 that will run both

if you bought win7 yourself ie home prem our whatever os you have of seven disk etc it should have the 32 bit disc as well just back up all data and do a clean install the reload all files

VB 2008 runs fine on x64 systems.

If re-installing with a 32bit system remember that it will only be able to address upto 3.5gig of ram. So if you have more than that you may want to consider sticking to the 64 bit system and running a 32 bit system in VM
