Penny, are you still needing help with this issue? If yes...
1) Are you looking at all possible startup problems with the intent to create help documentation?
2) Are you dealing with a few standards computer configuration? What is displayed ate boot time depends on the BIOS settings. The BIOS could be configured to display a splash screen of the Original Equipment Manufacture. Others are configured to display the self-test results and boot progress.
