If I LEFT Click On My Icons It Gives Me The Properties, It Will Not Open The Shortcut. The Only Way To Open Them Is To RIGHT Click And Select Open. How Can I Fix This

Go to control panel, doubleclick(the right one in your case) mouse and the uncheck first checkbox (switch primary and secondary buttons) and that's the last time you'll right-click to left-click.Did it make things right?
