send mail via microsoft outlook

i just install microsoft outlook 2000 but i do not know how to configure it. how get start with microsoft outlook? how can i send mail using microsoft outlook? what should i type in internet mail server, outgoing mail and incoming mail?

Use 'Help' or to bring up the help balloon, type in 'create mail account' as you search criteria and you'll bring up the instructions you need.

You'll also bring up the full 'Help' index along with it, and you should spend a bit of time reading through the assistance contained in there.
