IE7 Toolbar Missing

I just installed IE7, and the tabs toolbar doesn't show up..only the adress bar is there...the tabs options don't show up..and the toolbar, including options for home, etc.

Also, plently of times, there are pages which have "done, but with errors", and some links do not work!

Please help!

Do you have TABS enabled???
