IE7 will not let me use quick search toolbar

Hi Friends
After using quick search toolbar successfully for some time with Google as my search engine, now when I enter something I get the message: Forbidden - Your client does not have permission to get URL.
What on earth does this mean? I have gone into Tools - Options - search - Default and have Google shown as default.
I am running on XP and IE7. Any help gratefully received,
Tez

Restoring IE7 back to factory settings may solve any IE7 corruption thats taken place.

THIS WILL WIPE ALL
HISTORY/FAVOURITES..etc

What a i can advise you to do, is to go to.
Tools --> Internet Options --> Advanced (Tab).
Choose "Reset" button. Close down IE7 and Start it back up again.

Try it then. Any further issues just reply.

This could be an ISP problem. The dynamic name server may be down. If so, only urls in your browser cache will work until they fix it.
