Some sites such as www.hi5.com,www.aieee.nic.in and www.imvu.com can't be accessed with either of the browsers.I'm using Windows 98 Second Edition.I've had this problem for quite a while.Others using the same network service provider have no trouble accessing either of these sites.Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

Check your security settings.
It could also be that your OS and browser are not current enough for the latest sites.
