Hi

I was wondering if anyone out there has encountered a problem I anm facing trying to fire up the add remove programs in the control panel. The problem is that it does not work.

I recently installed updates from Microsoft and since then am not able to open it up.

Can you kindly assist with suggestions of how to resolve this.

Sounds like a reinstall is in order. Some files are missing.

Do you mean you can't open the add/remove programs in the control panel, or that when you do it doesn't work.

If the problem is not being able to open the add/remove programs in the control panel, can you open anything in there?
