Blocked & Allowed Sites Missing in Privacy Options

I am running XP Pro and IE6. The list of blocked and allowed cookies that was in my Internet Options, Per Site Privacy, Managed Web Sites pane disappeared! Any ideas on how to restore the list to IE6 so it can be edited? Thanks.

This was posted in 2005 with no replies. The same thing has happened to me, with all allowed and blocked sites after the letter 'C' are missing.

I just cut and pasted the original from 'Bruce.'
