On my Windows 2000 Outlook Express is not starting for any reason.
Now I want to remove it from the system and install the latest version.
How it is possible? It is not shown in Add/Remove Programs.

If it is the same as with XP you cannot remove it, you can only stop it. It is a windows component. Icon is on the left. Upgrade over the top of it.
