After resolving my about:blank problems I have a new problem. The error message states: "Your current security settings do not allow you to send HTML forms". I was advised to add that particular site to my safe list, however, this did not resolve my problem. I have since had this happen to me on a second site. How can I change my security settings to allow me to access these sites? I use Windows 98 sp1, IE 6.0 and have added Spybot Search and Destroy, Ad-Aware, Spyware Blaster and SpywareGuard in the course of solving my about:blank troubles.

Click tools up in the tool bar at the top of your screen. Then click internet options.
Then choose the security tab and tell me what level it is set to.
