Ive just managed to lose the Desktop button on my quick launch bar and i use it all the time.

I dont have a clue where the button is on my drive and i really need it casue its such a useful lil button that i use all the time.

cheers, if any1 could help it would be great

xx

try looking here:

C:\Documents and Settings\hbk\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch

replace hbk with your account name. You will need to show hidden folders (if not already done), as thats what applicatin data is.

control panel > appearence and themes > folder options > view > show hidden files and folders.

If you can't get the button to show back up again, a shortcut to clicking on the desktop button that I prefer is hitting 'windows button + m' on the keyboard...does the same exact thing...
