I need to delete my cookies and temp files, but when I went to tools internet options, it clicks off, so I cant go there please help me. Thank you.

That your system is infected with known infection w32rontokbro, you need to clean out nasties from your system first and then proceed next..

i suggest installing a fresh OS, in your system, then stop visiting sites which will harm your system
