Hi !!,

My Internet Explorer 6 suddenly stopped showing in PROGRAMS in a XP PRO computer. I know that it is still installed because the old IE shortcuts that I have in my desktop continue working fine.
When click in START, what it shows is a globe that reads INTERNET, instead of the traditional blue letter E.
When I double click on that globe, what appears is INTERNET PROPERTIES instead of going to a web site.
Could you please tell me how can I get back the regular INTERNET EXPLORER behavior ??.

Have you tried a system restore to a few days ago? (When it was there)
