Help accessing a printer?

How would I access a printer connected to a router with another router connected to it that computer is on?

The printer is an Officejet Pro L7650 and comes up with an error every time I try to install.

You will have to share the printer first from control panel->printers and faxes and then install the printer drivers on all the computers you want to share the printer with.
