I'm having to help people at work (I work at Office Depot) a lot with DVDs and CDs and the biggest question is "Which is the better one for me to use?"
I've heard many sides to the story, one of which is that DVD+ is newer tech and is going to work with newer PCs for example within the last 5 years or so and DVD- is for older PCs.
I read somewhere else that they are just two different formats like .gif and .jpg. Only problem is I'm not sure what to tell my customers because I don't want to give them the wrong information.
Can someone enlighten me on what the big difference between these two formats is and which is probably the better choice?
