New to C# - Book For Previous Programmers

Hello all, this is Kimo :D

The title shows all what I want, I want some advice about a book to read regarding that i'm not new in programming, I Programmed C++ before.

Meaning that this book doesn't explain what's a variable, a pointer or what's a class, etc... It just explains how to do this things in C# (Simply: The Syntax of C#).

You could try this book.
In the 2008 version it covers ALL the looping constructs of C# in just two pages, not in 20 or more like in some other books.

Another question is:
