Hi guys,

It appears my IE has been hijacked. I've ran a number of MBAM scans, updating before each scan, a number of issues have been found and removed however, google still redirects. Here are the logs:

Hi. Sorry to inform you, but MBA-M has not been updated. The database looks to be between 1 and 2 weeks old.
Current database is 3662. Yours is 3510. That's 152 updates old.

In IE's Internet Options under connections > Lan Settings, is it set to automatically detect settings?
It would appear there is no internet connection being made by MBA-M.

Download MBA-M rules from http://malwarebytes.gt500.org/

Do a full scan and remove what is found. Post the log after rebooting the pc.

==

Download HijackThis Executable from here. Save it to your desktop.
Start HJT & press the "Do a system scan and save a log file" button. When the scan is finished a window will pop up giving you the option of where to save it. Save it to desktop where it is easy to access. Open the log file and then go to the format Tab and make sure that wordwrap is unchecked. Copy the entire contents of the file & paste it into the body of your post. DO NOT FIX ANYTHING YET. Most of what is there is necessary for the running of your system.

Was unable to download MBAM-Rules on the machine infected so a friend downloaded it and sent my the file. Results:

Please download ComboFix by sUBs from HERE or HERE

  • You must download it to and run it from your Desktop
  • Physically disconnect from the internet.
  • Now STOP all your monitoring programs (Antivirus/Antispyware, Guards and Shields) as they could easily interfere with ComboFix.
  • Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
  • When finished, it will produce a log. Please save that log to post in your next reply along with a fresh HJT log
  • Re-enable all the programs that were disabled during the running of ComboFix..

Note:
Do not mouse-click combofix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.

CF disconnects your machine from the internet. The connection is automatically restored before CF completes its run. If CF runs into difficulty and terminates prematurely, the connection can be manually restored by restarting your machine.

Run Combofix ONCE only!!

Thanks. ComboFix:
