Did any of those scans yield any results?? MBAM will detect it. Did it do in your case?? Why can't you connect to the net?? What is the error/problem you are facing?? All sites or just few sites?? tried any other browser??

Open the Registry Editor, go to Start > Run > type regedit and then press the "OK" button.
Del the following Registry Key :
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Spyware Protect 2009
Also manually search for the "Spyware Protect 2009" folder and delete all its contents...

Is your MBAM upto-date?? To be on the safer side Update it, 'Perform a Quick Scan', remove all infections, save the logfile and reboot. Provide the logfile here..

As For HJT, log looks ok to me as far as infections are concerned.

just answer the questions in 'red' maybe the issue is not malware related or maybe some malware has done some changes which have to be reverted...

commented: Smart Advice...The recommended one in this issue +1

These entries point at the continued existence of a trojan which is using these two to redirect your connection.:

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings,ProxyServer = http=localhost:7171
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings,ProxyOverride = *.local;

Please post your Malwarebytes log, plus...:
Combofix:
==Download this file to your DESKTOP: http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
.....or this file: http://subs.geekstogo.com/ComboFix.exe
-IMPORTANT! : disconnect from the web, turn off your Antivirus, Antispyware and Firewall for the duration of this scan. Don't forget to reset them before you go back on the web!
- to run it dclick the Combofix.exe icon and follow the prompts to start it. When finished, it will produce a log, C:\Combofix.txt - post that log in your next reply.
A word of caution - do not touch your mouse/keyboard until the scan has completed. The scan will temporarily disable your desktop, and if interrupted may leave your desktop disabled. If this occurs reboot to restore the desktop.

Try using system restore ...... set your computer to a time before this problem occured

Try using system restore ...... set your computer to a time before this problem occured

not sure it did ,but most time this trojan will disable system restore ,
