When I try to install it, it says
Error: ReadFile()
Data Error( cyclic redundancy check )

Is there any way to fix this?

A cyclic redundancy error is usually caused by scratched or dirty media (cd or dvd).

Try making an ISO of the CD (ignore read errors), then burn it back to a new CD. Sometimes the CRC checks are superficial and are preventing an install, but not a copy.

This may not work if the CD Check figures out that it is being run from a burned copy, but it is something to try.
