I installed norton virus on my computer. I noticed i couldnt use the "next" button and just ignored the situation. So I went online and then realized I couldnt use the "send" buttons on certain webpages.
I did uninstall norton and havent reinstalled it - but still cant use a lot of these buttons - im not even sure if the "send" button for this post will work

Disable 3rd party browser extensions.
Go to Internet Options
Click on Advanced on the top
Take the check mark out of Enable 3rd party browser extensions (requires restart)
