known issue for this model laptop ,its caused by the video chip soldered to the motherboard ,it can be fix if you can find someone who knows how .

If you blow some air into the fan to get the dust out (from the outside) using an air duster product, it may help a bit. Best thing will be to take the laptop apart and clean all the dust. If this does not help. sometimes adding newer thermal compound between the CPU and heaksink may help. You may have to take it to a computer shop. If it is an issue with the video chip, it gets more complicated and expensive. Hope this helps.
