I recently discovered a problem with the version of Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 Professional Edition (Windows 98) that I have on my computer. I open Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 Professional Edition and there is no menu bar or title bar present. When I press the “alt key to access the file menu I get the following message.

You probably should try uninstalling and reinstalling. It doesn't appear that your program is completely there.

That would be a good idea if I had the software to do so. I installed this program from a disk that was given to me by a teacher when I took a c++ class at a local university. Thank you for your suggestion...do you have anything else?
