I got my by fluke, as it related to my alias. Just found it once on a disk for some game or something.

Isn't it just an animated gif? There's plenty of animated gif tools available. Search google.

i made mine using image ready its a program that comes with photoshop, if you dont have photo shop i wouldnt go out and buy it i got mine froma friend but in stores its like 400$ or something maybe more ehres some stuff i made
