Hi Everyone
My name is Elaine & I've been working as a support consultant for 8 years now
I started out supporting printers and progressed through to supporting Microsoft products
a number of client server applications and currently support web based Procurement
management software.
I am based in London, England and am currently my company's only support reppresentative in Europe
I have much to learn and yet more to try and resurrect from deep within my memory.
I hope that I can learn a lot through this site and eventually get to a stage of contributing
myself.
