G'day all,
I'm a 19 y.o Australian. I have been working in the IT retail and service industry for over a year now since leaving school and having a break from formal education.
I was never really into "computers" as such, but I have found the whole IT thing to be a hell of a lot more interesting and dynamic than I ever though it was back when I was younger.
I am always keen to learn new things in all regards, and IT is no exception.
I am not your generic computer geek, and I fight very hard to fight against stereotypes.
I purposefully refuse to wear my glasses at work (even though they are cool Oakley ones) because I don't want to enforce the stereotype that everyone who likes IT is a nerd as such.
IT is the way of the future and should be embraced a such.
So yeah, thats me.
