Tools to Migrate Website

Our company wants to migrate a large multi-server website to a new set of servers. Current technology is mostly unix/Apache. It's been developed over a period of several years using very basic tools (vi, perl/cgi, notepad, etc.). I'm looking for tools that will assist us in the migration. We have tens of thousands of web pages, many with hard-coded links that will have to change. It would take years to manually change every page.

I'm looking for tools that can help us automate some of the changes (search/replace), find obsolete links, help me see servers being linked to that I might not know about, etc., etc.

I'm NOT looking for contractors or companies that do this work, I'm looking for software. Any help would be appreciated.

(Of course, I know I could spend several weeks with perl to code some tools, but hoping not to do that).
