Hello All,

Iam presently workin in a private company and i want to start a web based organization which is a profitable one. I would like to know the following information :

1. Wht is d procedure for registration.
2. As iam working in a private company, by starting up a profitable organization, am i doing any thing illegal?.
3. Instead of a profitable organization if it is a non-profitable one. will it be legal.?

I may be wrong here, but think it depends on the company and contract. In my employee handbook, it states that I may take on a second job, so long as this is my main job and it does not interfere with my work for them. There may be something in your contract of employment that mentions asking permission.
