Just wondering maybe somebody can help me point to the best and cheapest place where I can buy pc systems including lcd, printer ups spkr the whole set and laptops?
I appreciate any advise.

Dell and HP are hardly cheap. They're solid midrange.
For cheap, get something like Packard Bell or a no-brand system from your local discount supermarket.
But don't expect good performance or a long life from the thing.

Or, you could go for a local assembled system, as jwenting said. That's cheap and if you get a good integrator, he may be able to get some good components too.
