What is the exact difference between Social Bookmarking and the Social Networking.Which is more important and write the tips for doing them nicely.

Both are different. Social bookmarking is all about saving an online bookmark for your future reference (delicious) and social networking is related to sharing thing online with friends and groups (like facebook, twitter, linkedin, youtube).
