Jump to PostGo to My Computer, right click the cd-rom drive and choose Eject. If this doesn't work use an emergency release pin if you have one.

The emergency eject pin is usually next to the open/close button of the cdrom.
a press usually releases the cd under most adverse conditions

try takeing a paper clip and pushing the realease pin hole and it should come right out
