Hello Friends,
Iam facing a varity of prolem dont know its virus or what
but my all functions of computer r working fine
but .msc files like gpedit.msc,services.msc,msconfig and
iis (inetmgr) is not working means iis is not starting
when i restart the iis its giving the message "disabled by administrator"
so please help me
