Outlook 2003 is crashing on start up. I am getting the error..."has encountered a problem...". I also cannot start up Internet Explorer and am unable to use a search through the start button to look for files on the hard drive. I get an error right after clicking the search button about unable to start and needs to close. Can someone please tell me what might be going on? I looked on the technical error report that popped up and there was something about ntdll.dll. (Not sure that that matters)
It worked fine yesterday. I removed zone alarm and tried installing an autocad program.
Help Please!!
