My problem is I have four mother boards KV8-X SE ASUS and the mother board turns on the power supply and the coolers turn on but the Hd nor DVD ROM TURN ON need your expertise on this please tried everything that I know of oh yea the coolers and power supply wont turn off either and if i disconnect the ide cables the Hd and the dvd rom turn on ????
