How do I install an Epson LQ2180 printer on a Windows Server 2008 machine

According to their support site, there is no Driver for Windows 2008 Server. If you can find a more generic Epson driver that has support for Windows 2008 server, that may work. I have done that in the past with HP printers. However, if you want to get the full functionality of the printer, you would really need to have the driver meant for 2008 which doesnt appear to exist.
